RETURNS & REFUNDS – Cooling Off Period

The Distance Selling Regulations gives customers a 7 day “cooling off” period. During this period you may cancel your order and Green Sleeve will reimburse you within 30 days for the full costs of the goods ordered. The cooling off period ends seven working days after the day you receive the goods.

If you decide to return goods you have a duty to take “reasonable care of them from when you received these goods.  If you fail in this duty Green Sleeve may pursue a claim against you for the resulting loss in value.

When returning items, it is the purchaser who is responsible for return postage costs. We would recommend a signed-for service. The Green Sleeve’s have to be unused with labels and packaging intact and unopened. When you return or exchange any Green Sleeve you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive the Sleeve’s, we will exchange the Sleeve/s or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. However, you will not be reimbursed for your original shipping charge.

We do not take responsibility for any sleeve’s lost during the return shipping.

Taylor-made and personalised goods cannot be cancelled or returned. Opened or used items cannot be returned unless found to be faulty.

CANCELLED ORDERS

If you would like to cancel under the distance selling regulations, this must be done by email or post, within the cooling off period.

The cooling off period begins on the day that you order the goods and ends seven working days from the day after the goods are delivered to you.
